2. Quotes & Condition

All initial quotes are based on the information you provide, including the item's condition. We reserve the right to revise any quote upon physical inspection of the item. If the condition does not match your description, we will provide a revised offer via email. You may accept the revised offer or request the item be returned at your expense.

3. Shipping

We provide a free, prepaid shipping label for you to send us your items. You are responsible for packing your items securely. We are not liable for damage that occurs during transit due to improper packaging. The risk of loss transfers to us only upon our receipt and inspection of the package.

4. Inspection & Payment

Upon receipt, we will inspect your items to verify their condition and functionality. All items must be fully functional. We do not accept items that are broken, water-damaged, or otherwise non-operational. If all items are as described, we will issue payment via your selected method (PayPal or check) within 24 business hours after completing the inspection.

5. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and the items you are selling. You must be the legal owner of any items you submit for a quote. Attempting to sell stolen or fraudulent goods is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any transaction is limited to the final quoted value of the items involved. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
